To activate the service, you simply go to the "tracking" page, and enter your account number, the service provider, and the "pro" or tracking numbers of the shipments you wish to keep track of.  The service remains in effect until delivered. 

ProactiveTM checks with your service provider each day and alerts you (or your client, contractor, etc.) via phone, email, or fax.  You may choose to be notified daily, or only following delivery.
